Privacy policy
Complere is a training log that works on your iPhone. We never see what you log. The only things that reach us are emails you choose to send.
What Complere stores
Your workouts, sets, body measurements, programs, seasons and targets are stored in a database inside the app on your device. There is no account, no server and no sync.
What we collect
Nothing through the app. Complere contains no analytics, advertising or tracking, and sends your training data nowhere. Its App Store privacy label is Data Not Collected. If you email us, we receive what you send; see Emails.
Purchases
Complere Pro is a one-time purchase through Apple. Apple handles the payment and tells the app on your phone that Pro is unlocked; we don’t receive your payment details or any identifier from the purchase. Purchases are covered by Apple’s privacy policy.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, Complere schedules the rest-timer alert on your device. These are local notifications; no push service is involved.
Emails
If you write to us, we use your email only to answer you, on the basis of our legitimate interest in doing so, and keep it only as long as needed for that.
Backups
- Your iPhone’s own backups (iCloud or a computer) include Complere’s data, according to your device settings, and it moves with your other apps when you set up a new iPhone.
- Deleting the app deletes its data from your device.
Online features
Complere has none today. If an optional online feature is ever added, this policy will first describe exactly what is stored, where, and how to delete it, and it will only apply if you choose to use it.
Children
Complere does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, and to correct or delete it, by writing to the address below; in practice that is only emails you sent us. You can also object to how we handle it and complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
