How do I move to a new phone?
Complere’s data is part of your iPhone’s own backup. Restore your new iPhone from an iCloud or computer backup, or use Quick Start to transfer from your old one, and your seasons, workouts and notes come along.
Does Complere need an internet connection?
No. Everything works offline, and there is no account to create.
Can I use pounds?
Yes. Choose kilograms or pounds in Plan → Settings. Switching changes how weights are shown, never what you logged.
